Project Manager of Acetic Acid Plant, which is Executing as an “EP” Project. This contract is awarded to a consortium consisting of OIEC and LG Engineering & Construction Corporation (LG E&C). OWNER Fanavaran Petrochemical Company (a subsidiary of NPC).

Oil Industries Engineering & Construction Corporation (OIEC). Experiences and positions as fallow:

1990-2001(1369-1380 )

a) Deputy of project manager of Arak refinery project. The scope of  

    works and  services for this project was defined as detail 

    engineering Of Distillation units.

b) Project manager for design review of Khorasan Petrochemical

    Project. Ammonia & Urea plants of this fertilizer complex were  

    designed by Kellog Engineering company.

c) Project manager of the ninth refinery project. A basic package was 

    developed for a complete condensate refinery including license and

    non-license units. The license units were designed in accordance 

    with UOP licensee.

d) Deputy of project manager for construction and mechanical erection

    of Khorasan Petrochemical project. Several contracts were awarded 

    to OIEC including :

Mechanical erection of 1500 metric tons per day urea plant, under      

    ground piping network, cooling tower & water treatment plant civil 

    works, mechanical erection of raw water unit, natural gas feed line, 

    area paving & etc.

e) Project manager of Tabriz petrochemical projects. Two large scale 

    projects were executed by OIEC in this complex. The first one was  

    mechanical erection of water treatment plants including raw water,  

    physical treatment(osmosis), filtration, chemical treatment and  

    demineralization. The second one was mechanical erection of Ethyl   

    Benzene and mono Styrene plants.

f) Executional Deputy of projects Director. Planning & controlling and

    execution of the following projects:

   Mechanical erection of gas injection plant (CS-600).

   Mechanical erection of gas injection plant (CS-700).

   Construction (civil works and mechanical erection) of NGL plant   

   (NGL-1500).

   Mechanical erection of gas compression station (S1).

   Mechanical erection of gas compression station (S2).

g) Executional Manager of petrochemical projects, following the final

    situation of strategic development of petrochemical industries, and

    taking necessary actions such as participating to the tenders,   

    Negotiation with the licensors, financers and foreign partners.

    Cost estimation, preparation of proposals, & etc.
